Flying Solo

A social group of women (single, divorced, widowed) who get together for fellowship. Activities take the group out to experience a meal together, the theater, movies and other social events. Contact person: Elaine Fehnel.

Bible Exploration Group

The Bible Exploration group meets four times a year in women's homes. They study the Biblical concepts with particular emphasis on the Old Testament. Contact person: Peggy Jacobsen.

Mary Martha Circle

All ages of women of the church are invited to share Christian fellowship, devotions, and refreshments. Meetings begin at 1:00 pm the first Wednesday of the month in the Library. No meetings are held in January, July or August. Contact person: JoAn Steinberger.

Prayer Shawl Ministry

Knitters and crocheters, as well as those who want to learn, create shawls for infants, children and adults who are being baptized at Wesley. This is a ministry of love and sharing. The group also donates shawls to those who are critically ill or who have lost loved ones. Meetings are the first and third Saturdays of teh month from 10:00 am to noon and the third Wednesday of the month from 12:30 to 2:30 pm in the Youth Lounge. Contact person: Sylvia Thele.
