This group provides music for our 8:45 a.m. Communion Celebration. The music is contemporary as compared to “traditional” hymn singing, accompanied by piano and acoustic guitars. The singing is led by several voices. We use selections from The Faith We Sing, contemporary United Methodist Hymnal, as well as songs and choruses that come from popular, contemporary Christian music. There is congregational singing as well as an anthem each week. The music is selected to connect with the theme of the day as related to scripture, preaching, and theme verse so that there is a common thread throughout the service. Connect with Becky.
Our Sanctuary organ is a combination mechanical (tracker) and electronic instrument with three major divisions (33 ranks, 1680 pipes) and a three-manual console. Connect with Allan.
